Bac Giang focuses on dialogue to prevent arising hotspot in clearing land in Yen Lu IP
As plan, total area for land clearance in the first phase reaches over 170 hectares relating to 692 households and two organizations in seven villages of Yen Lu commune. So far, Yen Dung district has approved and compensated to reclaim nearly 57 hectares, which is delayed comparing to the schedule. The main reasons were the difficulties in defining the land origin and disagreement from the locals.

Concluding the event, PPC Vice Chairman Phan The Tuan acknowledged the effort of Yen Dung district to conduct the site work with good result and positive changes. Local authority basically handled the reclaimed areas relating to fishery farming land.
The provincial leader praised the close cooperation between the sectors and agencies, good implementation of site work and secured order and security. The communication task, especially direct dialogue received due attention to clarify the question and proposal, helping gradually stabilize the ideology of local people and ease the difficulties in land clearance.

To meet the set plan of clearing more than 100 hectares of land by the end of December 2022, he ordered all parties to review the tasks, mostly the villages with huge area for land clearance; urgently complete measuring and approving for compensation programme.
PPC Vice Chairman directed the forces in charge of site work task to tightly cooperate in order to timely and closely settle the proposal from local residents as well as prevent any arising hotspot during implemenetation. All sides should take advantage of this period when the farmers have yet to cultivate on the land. If they start spring crop, the site work will encounter much more obstacles.

The investors of industrial park infrastructure need to occupy the land as soon as they are handed over then quickly commence the construction of waste water treatment factory and proceed administrative procedure as regulation.
The district was ordered to consider to soon execute the second phase in site work for the project with over 96 hectares from each village.
