Bac Giang grows over 1,100 hectares of forest and thousands of trees
On this occasion, 16 localities and organizations in the province launched event in response of the festival. They also accelerated communication, education and encouraged the officials, labours and people to actively participate in tree planting festival while raising the awareness about the role and meaning of growing tree, protecting the forest and eco environment by various measure.

As the result, the province grew more than 1,100 hectares of concentrated forest (accounting for 14.8 percent of yearly plan) and 865,100 scattered trees of all kinds. Son Dong district topped the localities with 590 hectares of forest and over 178,200 trees.
In 2023, the province strives to grow 8,000 concentrated forest and 6,100 scattered trees and take care of over 20,000 hectares of planted forest. The localities have prepared more than 20.8 million trees to meet the provincial demand in this year.
