Bac Giang has 22 typical rural products
According to the Organization Board, the selected products meet the criteria on competitiveness, market occupancy, high quality, new and unique products, good appearance, environmental friendly, food hygiene and safety, sustainable development with national award.

The Council voted to evaluate and select 22 out of 38 nominated farm produces, including lychee, Chu rice noodle, sweet orange (Luc Ngan district); Phuc Hoa early ripen lychee, Hop Duc star apple (Tan Yen district); hill chicken, Ven village green tea, Thien Tam herbal glue (Yen The district); Da Mai safe vegetable, Ke rice cracker, Da Mai vermicelli and cake (Bac Giang city); Nghia Phuong custard apple, pineapple (Luc Nam district); Hoang Luong water dropwort, Van chung cake (Hiep Hoa district); Tri Yen soya souce, fragrant rice (Yen Dung district); Van village wine, Tho Ha rice paper (Viet Yen district); Son Dong wild honey; VietGAP Hai Thinh Bac Giang pork; Lang Giang mushroom.

A ceremony is scheduled on October 30 to honor the second typical rural products in 2019 and award the 8th Farm Technology Invention Contest in 2019.
