The Center was established under the Decision No 10/QD-HDND issued by PBA Chairman on March 5, 2019 and based on the first floor in the provincial Public Administrative Center.

It aims to organize and provide the services on business establishment, reorganization, expansion and other services relating to businesses’ operation while executing the projects and support programmes from the Center, local, domestic and foreign organizations to develop the provincial enterprises as well as programmes to support small and medium size businesses.

Addressing the event, PPC Vice Chairman Duong Van Thai acknowledged the role and contribution of business and entrepreneur to the provincial socio-economic development.

Toward an effective operation, the provincial leader urged the Board of Director and staff at the Center to enhance the qualification and profession with rich knowledge about the field in charge; build a close relationship with competent governmental authorities to well handle the task for the enterprises; actively participate in and implement the political tasks assigned by the PBA.

During business consultation and support, the Center should discover the shortcomings, especially the policies and state administration procedure to propose suitable solution to the PPC.

Vice Chairman Duong Van Thai affirmed that the PPC will further accompany the Center to support the businesses and entrepreneurs toward the most effective operation.

On the occasion, the Center inked a contract to supply service to several enterprises in the province.
