It is only 4 months left to the year end, thus he urged all the authorities and sectors to continue executing duo tasks of removing difficulties for business, production so as to ensure the social welfare, recovery and gradual recovery, socio-economic growth; seriously controlling over the risk of pandemic infection from Hai Duong province and Hanoi city while calling for people to wear face mask in public places.
Regarding economic development, the provincial leader ordered to firmly grasp the operation of enterprises, timely handle their obstacles to avoid the unemployment; build the province plan in the period 2021 – 2030 with the vision to 2050; thoroughly implement the Plan to improve the provincial competitiveness index in 2020; ease the difficulties in procedure of investment and land access.

The educational sector should instruct the schools to well prepare for a safe new year opening ceremony, follow the regulation on fund collection for new academic year.
