In order to gain the above results, the province worked out the plan on synchronous implementation of digital transformation, particularly assigning the provincial departments and agencies to follow up and make timely plans to improve the low scores. 209 communal-level and 1,891 village-level community digital technology groups (reaching 100 percent) have been established in the entire province with about 16,000 members.

Besides, Bac Giang has built the groups of digital platforms and developed numerous convenient applications. The all level one-stop-shop divisions in the province have listed the administrative procedures with QR codes when many units have maintained Zalo groups to announce the results of administrative procedure settlement.

The Integrated Data Sharing Platform of Bac Giang province has been connecting its database and software with the ministries and central agencies through the National Integrated Data Sharing Platform. Besides, the province has run the digital data warehouse, applied 15 national digital platforms and integrated all of the 15 essential public services into the national public service portal.

In addition, construction and development of the application systems of information technology and database in performance of the levels, departments, agencies and localities have been reinforced ensuring consistency and synchronicity.
