Hai Phong topped the PAR index (91.8 percent), followed by Quang Ninh province (91.14 percent) and Da Nang city (90.25 percent). Bac Giang province rank seven out of 63 provinces and cities with 88.65 percent, up 6 places comparing to 2020 figure.

The administrative procedure is handled at one stop shop in Tan Yen district.

The province rank eight nationwide in SIPAS index with 90.01 percent, down 5 places against 2020 figure.

The index, determined by the Ministry of Home Affairs, measures the satisfaction of people and organizations through five factors: access to services, administrative procedures, how civil servants handle work, service results, the reception and settlement of comments, feedback and recommendations.

Bac Giang: Over 6,000 administrative documents handled online

(BGO) - More than 6,100 administrative documents have been submitted online via the provincial Public Service Portal since the beginning of this year, according to statistics. Agencies and units that generated many documents were the Department of Industry and Trade (1,488 documents), the Department of Finance (591 documents), Viet Yen district (877 documents) and Luc Nam district (757 documents).

200 administrative procedures connected to National Single Window

By the end of August 2020, there were 200 administrative procedures of 13 ministries and sectors connected to the National Single Window, an increase of 12 procedures compared to 2019, featuring over 3.2 million records and 40,000 enterprises.

Bac Giang updates 55 administrative procedures to national public service portal

(BGO) – The departments and sectors in Bac Giang province have updated 55 local administrative procedures to the National Public Service Portal on Administrative procedure.  They belong to 5 fields of Transport, Planning and Investment, Labour, Invalid and Social Affairs, Agriculture and Rural Development, Information and Communication.
