So far, 35 cases have been detected at the outbreak of Hosiden Vietnam Company Limited in Quang Chau industrial park (Viet Yen district).

After analyzing the situation, the Steering Committee assessed that since the outbreak occurred at Van Trung industrial park, most of the infected people have been workers with very low rate of infection to relatives. The infectious environment is anaerobic and cold atmosphere (workshop, canteen, bus).

On May 15, the Steering Committee instructed the provincial Industrial Park Management Board to order all companies having close workshop and canteen to stop production but request workers come to take sample for Covid-19 test.

The enterprises with high risk of infection must take sample for workers for quick test. After getting negative result, the workers can be allowed to stay at home to self monitor their health and restrict contacting to others.

The provincial public security force focuses on promptly tracing high risk cases due to close contact to patient (F0). All pick-up buses to Van Trung, Quang Chau and Dinh Tram industrial parks (Viet Yen district) must be suspended to wait for widespread testing result. In case of disease safety, they can be operate normally.

(BGO) – The Chairman of the Bac Giang provincial People's Committee has requested businesses with confirmed Covid-19 cases (F0) and people having close contact with F0 (F1), enterprises in the Van Trung Industrial Park, and those with a high risk of Covid-19 infection to take samples of all of their employees for testing.
