Bac Giang strives to build favourable investment climate
Accordingly, the provincial people’s committee (PPC) issued 26 correspondences to improve quality in dealing with administrative procedures, reorganize operation of the one-stop-shop services of the levels and sectors and require the sectors to strengthen application of information technology in handling administrative procedures to facilitate enterprises.

Besides, the PPC directed the sectors and localities to reform the administrative procedures related to investment, land, taxation, credit and social insurance. All of the administrative procedures regarding business, investment registration and planning of the province and its localities are publicized on the websites.
The related agencies were requested to collaborate with the provincial Business Association to support business development, consult in building mechanism and complete the business climate to facilitate enterprises in the fields of land, environment and labour.
Aiming to make contribution to improving the investment climate of the province, the provincial Department of Foreign Affairs (DOFA) collected the administrative procedures related to foreign investors to translate into English, Chinese, Korean and Japanese languages to help foreign enterprises easily and timely access to the regulations of Vietnam and the province on investment and business management.
Annually, DOFA advises the provincial leaders to visit and extend New Year greetings to some foreign enterprises to grasp the situations and timely remove obstacles of the enterprises.
In addition, DOFA’s Center for foreign information and services regularly provides services to support enterprises such as consultancy in investment procedures, immigration procedures, issuance of temporary card, work permit, passport and visa services, cooperation in labor export, overseas study and other related services and consultancy in legal regulations for foreign individuals and organizations seeking opportunities for investment and doing business in the province.
