Currently, the IP’s investor has regularly coordinated with the authorities in Hiep Hoa district to further proceed the site work at 3 out of 25 ha in Nga Trai village, Huong Lam commune (defining the land’s owner).

Regarding 0.37 ha in Vong Giang village, Mai Dinh commune, 4.8 ha of public land and 0.8 ha of land with unclear origin in Ngoc Lien village, Chau Minh commune, the district People’s Committee established inspection group to specify the land source while continuously clearing the land in Ngo Xa village, Chau Minh commune (2.8 ha), Ngoc Lien village (0.7 ha), Nga Trai village (3.5 ha) as well as mixed land in Mai Ha village, Mai Dinh commune (22 ha).

The province strives to complete the site work, compensation and land leasing document to the remaining area for the project within second quarter in 2021.

Bac Giang to soon put new industrial parks into operation
