With the slogan of action for the 2019 - 2024 term "Solidarity, intelligence, creativity, volunteerism, development", the association and the youth movement in Bac Giang have achieved outstanding results and considered as an excellent leading unit nationwide by Vietnam Youth Federation. All targets of the term were completed and exceeded.

The leaders hoped that in the coming term, the Provincial Youth Federation will continue to closely follow the policies of the Party and State, the leadership and direction of the Central Youth Union, the Vietnam Youth Federation, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on youth work.

In particular, special attention should be paid to educating about the politic, ideology, ethics, cultural lifestyle and civic awareness for young people as well as building and nurturing a generation of young people with revolutionary ideals, national pride and self-respect, aspiration to contribute to the homeland, intelligence, knowledge and skills for international integration.

Through launching "I love my Fatherland" movement, local federation was called on promoting the pioneering, voluntary and creative role of young people, creating a practical environment for them to practice, strive and become mature.

At the same time, the federation should focus on improving digital capacity for young people, researching effective solutions to promote youth startups which are suitable for each specific group; well implementing the mission of solidarity, gathering all classes of young people, aiming to build a new generation of Bac Giang youth with comprehensive development and social responsibility.

The leaders also urged to build and develop the youth union in enterprises, especially in industrial parks and clusters.

The Congress elected 43 delegates to join the 6th Bac Giang Provincial Youth Federation Committee, 2024-2029 term. Than Trung Kien, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the 5th Provincial Youth Federation was re-elected as Chairman of the 6th Provincial Youth Federation Committee.

On this occasion, 6 collectives and 12 individuals with outstanding achievements in the youth's work during the 2019-2024 term were commended by the Vietnam Youth Federation, the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Youth Federation.
