At the dialogue, youth members reflected many problems arising in the implementation of mechanisms and policies to support young people when participating in volunteer activities and youth projects.

In a frank and open atmosphere, 14 opinions were exchanged showing thoughts and aspirations from grassroots practice. On the basis of current legal documents, representatives of relevant departments and sectors answered most of the delegates' recommendations.

Concluding the event, the PPC Chairman Le Anh Duong affirmed that the work of Youth Unions and Youth Federation in the province has recently had diverse developments with many innovations in both content and form.

The PPC Chairman hoped that the local youth force will continue to promote its role in digital transformation, build new style rural and civilized urban areas, and contribute youth strength to the province's social security programs.

Youth Union and Youth Federation activities need to be strongly oriented towards the grassroots, organizational development while expanding target groups in industrial parks and clusters.

In the coming time, he expected to know more thoughts and aspirations from young generation through dialogue activities, contributing to the effective implementation of the Regulation on Work Coordination between the Provincial People's Committee and the Executive Committee of the provincial Youth Federation during 2023 – 2027 period.
