It targets to support all firms in the IP to resume operation by July 1, 2021 to bring the monthly industrial production value up to 8 trillion VND (349.4 million USD) in July, 10 trillion VND (436.8 million USD) in August, 12 trillion VND (524.2 million USD) in September and October and over 15 trillion VND (655.3 million USD) from November.

Basically, all businesses in the industrial parks strive to recover the business and production activities by July 1, 2021.

The programme aims to call back total number of 30,000 labour to work by July 2021; 50,000 people by August 2021; 100,000 people by October 2021 and over 120,000 people by November, 2021.

As schedule, the PPC will assist the enterprises in the IP to recover production in several contents such as welcoming workers with labour contract to come back work, supporting in employing more workers, handling obstacles in arranging concentrated accommodation for workers as well as quarantine areas in case of any arising infection and suspected cases.

Meanwhile, the businesses will be helped to ease the difficulties in commodity transportation and labourers pick – up; provided with instruction to conduct disease prevention and control measures and handle situation when detecting any infection and suspected cases; vaccinate the workers against Covid-19.

The programme also regulates each step in assistance implementation to ensure the harmony between production recovery and Covid-19 preventive measures.
