After the suspension period for Covid-19 prevention and control, most of the operating businesses lacked labourers because they are afraid of disease infection and yet to come back the factories or in quarantined time.

Amid the actual situation, the provincial Working Group for Business Assistance has highly focused on coordinating to the districts and city to handle the obstacles and support the companies to welcome workers.

Recently, the Job Service Center (under the Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs) has organized both regular and mobile job transaction sessions at the districts, even communes and towns to consult and introduce jobs for labourers as well as select and supply employees in and outside the province to the enterprises on demand.

According to Director of the provincial Job Service Center Nguyen Van Hue, to achieve high result in labour recruitment to support the businesses, the Center also accelerates to propagandize and communicate on mass media and social network while requesting the businesses to register their employment demand then coordinate with the Center to select the candidates.

Thanks to these measures, the Center has supported many firms in the industrial parks to employ thousands of labourers for over ten days. As schedule, the Center will further assist the businesses to employ about 38,700 workers in early July 2021.
