Improving quality of tourism promotion materials

In recent years, DOFA has worked with some agencies in the province to publish a number of materials for tourism promotion including Bac Giang External Bulletin, Bac Giang profile in Vietnamese, English, Chinese, Japanese and Korean languages. Besides, the department made the series “Bac Giang, an attractive investment destination” and “Bac Giang completes infrastructure for integration and development”.

Its dual-language website in Vietnamese and English updates information of the province’s investment attraction policies including tourism sector.

The external bulletins and website provide general information of history, culture, society, potentials, strengths as well as key products of the province contributing to bringing the province’s image closer to international friends.

In addition, the department proactively sent the province’s brochures and signature products to display at the international events such as APEC Vietnam 2017 and “Vietnamese Day 2019” organized by the Department of Cultural Diplomacy and UNESCO.

Besides, the province often receives the foreign press delegations from Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Romania, France and Bangladesh to survey, film and take photos at the famous and beautiful landscapes of the province.

Reports implemented by these reporters contributed to promoting tourism and culture of the province to international friends.
