A representative of Luxshare - ICT Company Limited (Van Trung industrial park) said the company needs to recruit more than 20,000 employees. The recruitment requirements are not high, as long as employees are from 18 to 35 years old. The Company is still ready to accept older people meeting the health and capacity condition.

Since July, the company has employed workers almost every day but it can only recruit half of the demand.

The province currently has more than 300,000 employees working in enterprises. According to the provincial Steering Committee for Vocational Education and Employment, the world economic situation is forecast to be brighter in the upcoming time. Local businesses will have more orders, especially in the field of manufacturing electronic components.

Therefore, for the last months of the year, the businesses’ demand for human resources continues to increase. About 70,000 new employees are needed, mainly for Luxshare - ICT Co., Ltd (Van Trung industrial park); Foxconn Technology Group, New Wing Interconnect Technology Co., Ltd., Vietnam Lens Technology Co., Ltd. In addition to unskilled workers, there is also a big demand for technical staff, experienced workers who know foreign languages.

According to Tran Van Ha, Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA), the DoLISA has asked functional divisions and units to continue reviewing to know the needs of businesses so as to support and connect them with the localities so as to help them have quality labor force for production.

Any unit that can supply or has recruitment demand must closely coordinate, compete in a fair manner and share information in this work in order to keep a good image and impression about the labor market and working environment in the province.

The provincial Employment Service Center and employment service units were urged to paying due attention to supplying labor resources for enterprises in the province.

Following the direction of the DoLISA, the provincial Employment Service Center increased the frequency of transaction sessions in both online, direct and mobile forms while summing up local enterprises’ recruitment needs and inviting units to attend job sessions.

Ngo Thi Hong Thinh, Deputy Director of Bac Giang Employment Service Center said the Center coordinates to widely communicate on mass media and social networking so that more employees know about the information and participate in job sessions.

At the same time, the Center joins hands with localities and businesses to organize job counseling and introduction programs in rural and mountainous districts to help employees understand recruitment needs, policies and regimes.

The DoLISA suggested relevant units to reform administrative procedures, cut down documents in recruitment, improve and provide a reasonable welfare policies and good working environment.

The provincial People's Committee directed the trade union to pay attention to supporting employees in material and spiritual terms. The vocational education institutions support enterprises in training and reinforcing labours’ skills, which contributes to improving labor productivity, product quality, competitiveness and expanding markets.

Along with the support and connection of authorities and competent agencies at all levels, many businesses have actively innovated recruitment methods. They apply digital transformation in information and propaganda to employees; have a mechanism to encourage employees to participate in job placement; reducing procedures to facilitate employees to apply for jobs.

Besides, to attract laborers living in other localities, some enterprises such as New Wing Interconnect Technology Co., Ltd., Luxshare - ICT Co., Ltd (Van Trung industrial park) have built recruitment bases in the provinces or contacted with branches and functional units of the provinces to inform and directly recruit human resources.
