Canon Vietnam jointly launches activities for environment in Bac Giang province

(BGO) – The Youth Union in Bac Giang province on November 16 coordinated with Canon Vietnam Company Limited to hold programme “Hand in hand for environment” at Mai Dinh No 1 Primary School in Hiep Hoa district. 

The event featured several meaningful activities such as communicating to educate the environment protection, painting the surrounding wall to Mai Dinh Kindergarten School, levelling the soil to grow flowers and trees among others.

Representatives of Canon Vietnam Company Limited, provincial Youth Union and Pioneer Organisation present gifts to the students.

On the occasion, Cannon Vietnam Company Limited presented 350 gift sets to the students as well as 2 Canon printers an 4 trashcans to the school and Mai Dinh communal People’s Committee.

The annual activity is jointly held by Canon Vietnam Company Limited and provincial Youth Union to propagandize, educate and raise the awareness of environmental protection to the youngsters.

Besides, the company supported the expenses to implement the programme “Lighting up the rural road”, present hundreds of scholarships and bicycles as well as thousands of gift packages to the impoverished students, primary and secondary schools in the province.

He went with two of his students on June 24 and reached Hanoi on August 16. They had traveled through 20 provinces along National Route 1A covering 1,800 kilometers.
