Christina Aguilera to perform in Vietnam
The American pop star Instagramed a photo of herself at a hotel in the Vietnamese capital with the caption: "Birthday energy."

Aside from happy birthday wishes, many people wrote in the comments section that they hoped Aguilera would have a wonderful stay in Vietnam.
"Hope you're having a blast in Vietnam," wrote Anthony H. Nguyen, a Vietnamese-American makeup artist.
Aguilera will be performing at the VinFuture Global Science and Technology Awards along with Japanese conductor Honna Tetsuji. Conductor Dong Quang Vinh and violinist Bui Cong Duy will also perform.
Earlier this year, American music legend John Legend performed at the event hosted by local conglomerate Vingroup.
Christina Aguilera was born in the U.S. in 1980. She first became famous as a child star on Walt Disney's The Mickey Mouse Club, along with Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Ryan Gosling, and many more.
When her first album came out in 1999, it topped the Billboard 200 and sold more than 17 million copies.
She is one of the best-selling artists of all time with more than 75 million copies sold.
Throughout her music career, the singer has won five Grammys and one Latin Grammy.
In 2008, Rolling Stone ranked the singer as number 58 on its list of the 100 best singers of all time. She has been dubbed the "Voice of a Generation" by the media.
