It aims to support students of the Industrial Technical College to study at Guangxi Electrical Polytechnic Institute, exchange lecturers between two establishments to teach intensive topics in the field of electromechanics and take students to practice at Goertek Technology Vina Company Limited. 

The three-party cooperation program will include 2 years of study at the Industrial Technical College, 6 months of study at the Guangxi Electrical Polytechnic Institute, 6 months of practice at Goertek Technology Vina Company Limited. The participating students have the opportunity to become official employees of this enterprise after graduation. 
In March 2024, the delegation of the Guangxi Electrical Polytechnic Institute conducted a field survey of the professions at the Industrial Technical College. The delegation visited the faculties of Electrical - Automation, Electronics - Informatics, Automotive Engineering Technology & Logistics, Mechanical Engineering Technology - Chemistry - Construction.
Guangxi Electrical Polytechnic Institute has 10 member schools with 1,200 lecturers. Every year, the institude trains about 30,000 students with 64 majors such as: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive Technology, Information Technology, Construction Engineering. To date, the Institute has been recognized as a high-quality school in China for 20 years.

Goertek Technology Vina Company Limited  operates multinationally. In Vietnam, there are 2 factories in Bac Ninh and Nghe An provinces specializing in manufacturing electronic equipment, network equipment and multimedia audio products.
