Hoa Phu IP now has 45 investment projects (phase 1), total capital of 1.1 billion USD, creating jobs for about 8,000 workers with an average salary of 11 million VND per person per month.

The delegation shared some of Laos' investment attraction policies; hoping that this trip will open up opportunities for Xaysomboun province to learn from Bac Giang province's experience in attracting investment, hence applying these policies to increase investment attraction and industrial development of Xaysomboun province in the coming time.
