Accordingly, the planning area belongs to the administrative boundary of Lan Mau and Yen Son communes, Luc Nam district. The north borders the agricultural land of Chinh Ha village, Lan Mau commune, the south is close to the provincial road 293, the east is adjacent to the residential area of Trai Hai village, Yen Son commune and the west is close to the planned road and the residential area of Muoi village, Lan Mau commune.

The planning area is about 74 hectares. The detailed construction planning of Lan Son 2 industrial cluster in Luc Nam district adheres to the principle of effective use of construction land and proper division of functional zones.

The administrative and service area is designed at the southern gateway of the industrial cluster where the managing center and companies’ offices are located including the administrative buildings, service areas and offices for rent.

The production zone in Lan Son 2 industrial cluster falls into incentive industries with the main sectors such as agricultural and food processing, medical equipment, mechanical manufacturing, electronic component manufacturing and supporting industries while moving some production facilities in the handicraft villages to reduce risk of environmental pollution.

The construction items of incentive include the administrative area, factories, technical infrastructure including traffic system, water supply and drainage, power supply and wastewater treatment area.
