Developing e-government towards digital government by 2025

Digital government is oriented to be open for people, firms and other organisations to properly participate in the activities of and interact with state agencies, in a bid to jointly improve transparency and service quality, solve problems, and create value for society together.
Using specialized digital signatures towards e-government
(BGO) - In Bac
Giang province, specialized digital signatures have been applied in departments,
agencies, and People's Committees at all levels since 2015 with many utilities.
To build e-government, the provincial People's Committee required the units to
increase use of specialized digital signatures, striving for all issued
documents digitally signed from May 1, 2021.
Seminar shares Japan’s experience, new policies in e-Government

The US Agency for International Development (USAID) will assist the Vietnamese Government Office in accelerating administrative reforms, enhancing inter-sectoral coordination and improving transparency.
