(BGO) - In Bac Giang province, specialized digital signatures have been applied in departments, agencies, and People's Committees at all levels since 2015 with many utilities. To build e-government, the provincial People's Committee required the units to increase use of specialized digital signatures, striving for all issued documents digitally signed from May 1, 2021.

The Vietnamese Government Office and the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam on January 8 co-hosted an online seminar entitled “Sharing Experience and New Policies of Japan to Promote e-Government, towards Digital Government” in Hanoi.

(BGO) - On the afternoon of December 17, the provincial People's Committee and the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group (Viettel) signed a cooperation agreement on building e-government, digital transformation and smart urban development in the period of 2021 - 2025.

(BGO) - Over the past years, under the leadership and direction of the provincial Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee, Bac Giang province has been focusing on implementing a wide range of solutions to promote the application of information technology (IT) to build people- and business-centered e-government, towards a modern, open and transparent administration.

The US Agency for International Development (USAID) will assist the Vietnamese Government Office in accelerating administrative reforms, enhancing inter-sectoral coordination and improving transparency.
