Accordingly, the enterprises are only allowed to use labourers with negative RT-PCR test to SARS-CoV-2. All labourers must sign the commitment to implement Covid-19 preventive measures as regulation.

The document instructs some contents relating to ensure the Covid-19 prevention and control in industrial production.

The business will be punished in line with legal regulation when they fail to report about any infection or suspected cases caused by the labourers’ violation of pandemic preventive principles and inked commitment.

The workers in the “green area” in and outside the province can select to stay at the centralized accommodation of their company or return to their home daily. If they travel by their own vehicles, they must commit to follow the principle of “two locations and 1 route”.

The firms must arrange the concentrated accommodation for labourers residing in “yellow area” in the province.

All companies should conduct RT-PCR test for all labourers on the first working day as well as repeat it every 72 hours for all employees residing in other province and returning to home daily.

Besides, the businesses must control the risk of infection at the entrance gate, establish and operate Safe Covid team, assess the risk of infection, found internal medical team, arrange areas for commodity handing-over, temporary medical quarantine...
