As grasping the business performance of some FDI enterprises at the beginning of this year, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Duong Van Thai highly appreciated the support of JA Solar Vietnam Company Limited for the province amid Covid-19 pandemic and care for the poor and policy beneficiary households on Tet.

Besides, he stressed several poor and nearly poor households in Bac Giang province face difficulties in housing, in need of improving and repairing. The provincial Party Secretary expected FDI enterprises including JA Solar Vietnam to join hands with the province to build great unity houses, a meaningful activity implemented by Bac Giang province for many years.

JA Solar is a Chinese corporation operating in Bac Giang since 2018. Up to now, the corporation has 3 subsidiary companies, creating jobs for more than 3,000 labourers and it will expand factories and recruit more workers this year.

In response to the opinions by the provincial Party Secretary Duong Van Thai, Deputy General Director of JA Solar Vietnam Zhao Hui Gang said, “the company has received active attention and support from competent agencies of Bac Giang province. Any difficulties and obstacles facing us have been timely removed and handled. The company will review and support to build some great unity houses in 2023”.

“Apart from JA Solar, we are mobilizing some other FDI enterprises to build great unity houses. In fact, several foreign enterprises want to engage in social welfare activities of the locality”, said Dao Xuan Cuong, Head of the provincial Industrial Zones Authority.

Thanks to support from the community, thousands of poor households and needy people in the province were helped to build and repair houses in 2022 to settle down for a wealthier and happier life.
