Female Youth Union official to be honored with Ly Tu Trong Award
BAC GIANG – The Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (Youth Union) has just announced the list of 100 individuals to be honored with Ly Tu Trong Award in 2025, including Nguyen Thi Xoan, Secretary of the Cao Xa Commune Youth Union in Tan Yen district of Bac Giang province.
Thanks to innovative mindset, she has implemented many practical initiatives, helping build a strong Youth Union organization, which has been highly appreciated by the government and the higher-level Youth Union, such as solutions to attract and gather youth union members to participate in union and association activities in the current period; support and improve the effectiveness of digital transformation and apply local tourism promotion in Cao Xa commune among others.

Under her leadership, direction and direct participation, the local youth volunteer movement has developed strongly. Last year, she and the youth union members mobilized funds and organized many social security activities.
The Ly Tu Trong Award is a noble award of the Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union for Youth Union officials with outstanding achievements in Youth Union work, youth and children's movements, contributing to the development of the organization in the locality.
The award ceremony is scheduled to take place on March 17 and 18 in Hanoi.
