First phase of Viet Yen golf course inaugurated
The investment policy of Viet Yen golf course project was approved by the Prime Minister in June 2020 with a scale of 140 hectares in 10 villages of Huong Mai and Trung Son communes (Viet Yen district).

Total investment hits about 1,214 billions VND (51 million USD). Truong An Golf Investment JSC of Truong An Group (Nam Dinh province) is the investor.
To build Viet Yen golf course into a high-class tourist, sports and entertainment area, the investor designed a 36-hole golf course, invested in developing and completing the road system, infrastructure and other facilities such as: clubhouse, training ground, living and relaxation... After 2 years of implementation, up to now, the first phase of the project was completed phase 1 with 18 holes.
Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Le O Pich emphasized that along with industry and agriculture, Bac Giang is interested in developing a variety of high-quality services.
In the provincial planning to 2030 with the vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister, Bac Giang plans 12 general functional service areas with 13 standard golf courses to serve the needs of sports practice, entertainment and relaxation for visitors and people. The Viet Yen golf course project was identified as one of the key projects.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, he congratulated Truong An Golf Investment JSC on completing the first phase of the project, which is an important premise to soon deploy the remaining phase.
The PPC Vice Chairman hoped that the project will help promote the image of the Bac Giang’s land and people more effectively, attract both domestic and international tourists, create more jobs and boost up local socio-economic development.
