The project is aimed to exploit the landscape and ecological potentials and advantages in Nham Bien Mountain to establish luxurious entertainment areas meeting requirements of residence, social and technical infrastructure and environmental landscape for sustainable development. Besides, the investment targets to effectively exploit the potentials of urban land reserve in the region and satisfy the demand for urban accommodation.

The project items include construction of technical infrastructure, building housing and sport facilities, restaurants and mobile food services, sport equipment rental services, short-stay services, real estate business for the part of land allocated by the State to investors, house sale, apartment for sale, social housing apartment for sale and rent, commercial and service buildings for rent, investment in construction and business of preschools, primary schools, junior high schools, inter-level schools.

The total land area for the project is about 134.01 hectares including 88.18 hectares for development of the sport tourism and golf course area and 45.83 hectares for the urban residential area.

The project is scheduled to finalize the land-related and construction procedures and complete the construction work in 72 months since the approval of the investment project.

The project is valid within 50 years since the approval of the investment project.
