The project is totally invested of about 1,933 billion VND ( over 83.3 million USD) and divided into three stages in which first stage was commenced with a scale of 100 hectares.

To date the investor has cleared more than 106 hectares of land, leveled over 100 hectares, completed 6 kilometers of the internal road, installed 8 kilometers of the rain and waste water drainage systems as well as 4 kilometers of medium voltage electric system…with total accumulated cost of more than 500 billion VND (21.5 million USD).

In the upcoming time, the investor will start building the waste treatment plant with capacity of 2,000 cubic meters per day, first stage of clean water plant with capacity of 3,000 – 4,500 cubic meters per day.

Many domestic and foreign enterprises have visited the industrial park to seek the information, hire the land and register to invest in the project with area of 11 hectares.

Hoa Phu Industrial Park to be operated in second quarter

(BGO) – Hoa Phu Industrial Park (IP) invested by Hoa Phu Invest Company Limited covers more than 207 hectares of lands in the communes of Chau Minh, Mai Dinh and Huong Lam (in Hiep Hoa district, Bac Giang province). 

92 billion VND additionally invested in Industrial Parks

(BGO) – According to the Management Board of the Industrial Parks (IP) in the northern province of Bac Giang, in the first days of new year 2019, several enterprises and investors have visited to seek the investment opportunities and apply the document asking for project approval in the province, including 2 projects totally worth 92 billion VND (nearly 4 million USD) granted the investment license.

Vietnam – Japan Friendship Industrial Park inaugurated in Can Tho
