Most of them are freelance labors who reside at the local communes and towns and illegally cross the border into China to work at the rural areas and small factories via the help of their relatives and brokers.
In April, the Public Security Force in Luc Ngan district summoned to deter many cases who illegally crossed the border and were arrested then expelled to the locality by the Chinese police.
Also, three foreigners were punished for the administrative violation for illegal border crossing with wrong purpose to the district.
Besides, the local authority has boosted up the propaganda to raise the awareness of the people about the violation to avoid the illegal border crossing in the future.
Deputy PM Vu Duc Dam pays visit to Bac Giang’s enterprises and laborers after Tet holiday
(BGO) – On February 11, the Member of the Central Party Committee, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam paid a visit to encourage the enteprises and laborers in the northern province of Bac Giang after 9-day Lunar New Year holiday. He was accompanied by Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Nguyen Van Linh; Vice PPC Chairman Le Anh Duong and Vice President of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Ngo Duy Hieu.
56.7 billion VND spent on Tet bonus to laborers
(BGO) – Ahead of the Lunar New Year festival (Year of the Pig), leaders of Taiwanese invested New Wing Interconnect Technology Company Limited (in Van Trung Industrial Park, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province) mobilized 56.7 billion VND (over 2.4 million USD) to provide Tet bonus to nearly 12,600 laborers.

More than 30,000 new jobs created to Bac Giang laborers
(BGO) - According to the provincial Department of
Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA), more than 30,000 laborers have
been recruited in the northern province of Bac Giang, up 3.4 percent against the
target of 2018.
