Head of Bac Giang IP Management Board exchanges with business

(BGO) – On October 11, the Industrial Park Management Board (IPMB) in Bac Giang province held a talkshow with nearly 200 businesses under the chairman of IPMB Head Dao Xuan Cuong and leaders of relevant departments and sectors.

At the event, the leader of IPMB informed about the planning of industrial parks (IP) and operation situation of enterprises. According to the planning of Bac Giang province till 2030, there are 29 IP, 8 of which were established with total area of over 1,800 hectares.

431 projects have been invested at six operating IP, 395 of which are under production and business. Annually, the enterprises in the IP significantly contribute to the socio-economic development and local budget.

The Department of Construction and Department of Informatio nand Communication introduced about the planning of social infrastructure for the IP as well as the public service at level 3 and 4.

The talkshow received dozens of opinions and proposals from businesses which were clarified by IPMB Head Dao Xuan Cuong.

Regarding the factory hiring issue, he stated the provincial purpose is to encourage huge investment attraction to the area with long term operation so as to create stable jobs for labour and highly contribute to the budget. So owners of factory for lease must select and strictly follow the regulation.

Leader of the IPMB also informed that the province has surveyed and adjusted the planning of rain water drainage system in the IP to early invest in drainage canal at Van Trung and Vietnam Korean IP among others.

He affirmed that Bac Giang province and IPMB always pay due attention and create best condition for the investors to local area; support to handle administrative procedure toward early project execution, scale expansion toward stable production and business.

He hoped investors to continue introducing about the local potential and advantages so that the province can lure more big investors to local IP in the upcoming time.

Bac Giang: Industrial production value up 50.9 percent in nine months
(BGO) – The industrial production value in Bac Giang province is estimated at 36,330 billion VND (1.5 billion USD) in September 2022, up 8.5 percent against last month figure and 307,240 billion VND in the first nine months, increasing 50.9 percent year on year and accounting for 83.9 percent of yearly plan.
