Ho Chi Minh City hosts Shopping Season 2022

The first stage of Shopping Season 2022 was officially launched in Ho Chi Minh City on June 15, featuring a variety of promotional campaigns.

The shopping malls, supermarkets and traditional markets around the city will join the shopping season from June 15 to July 15 with promotions of up to 100 percent extra (buy 1 get 1 free).

The promotions of up to 100 percent extra will be provided during the programme.

In addition to distribution businesses and retail systems, this year’s shopping season features the participation of e-commerce platforms, manufacturers, travel agencies, accommodation and catering providers, and transportation companies.

A number of businesses in the fields of electronics, fashion and food have registered many promotions with a total value exceeding tens of billions of Vietnamese dong.

The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Industry and Trade will organise a promotional fair from June 28 to July 3, featuring about 450 pavilions.
