As schedule, this year the province will complete about 3,520,000 square meters of floor with about 1,460,000 square meters of commercial house (190,000 square meters of high building commercial apartment and 1,270,000 square meters of low bulding apartment).

About 1,520,000 square meters of social housing floor area will be completed, including 304,000 square meters for leasing (1,240,000 square meters of social house for workers and 280,000 square meters for others).

The house built by local people is expected to cover 540,000 square meters.

The province arranges 1,193.78 hectares to build house, 1,066.37 hectares to build commercial house (including 99.82 hectares for apartment and 966.54 hectares of individual house) and 127.41 hectares to build social house.

In 2021 – 2025 period, total housing development projects will be 806, consisting of 748 urban and residential area projects and 58 housing ones. There are 192 projects implemented in 2021 and till June 2022 (181 urban and residential area projects and 11 housing ones).

As plan, total completed floor area in 2021 – 2025 period will be 17,600,000 square meters. The province schedules to complete about 7,300,000 square meters of floor of commercial house, including 950,000 square meters of high building apartment and 6,350,000 square meters of low building house.

About 7,600,000 square meters of social housing floor area will be completed, including 1,520,000 square meters for leasing (1,400,000 square meters of social house for the poor, 142,000 square meters for national contributor). Social house for workers covers about 6,200,000 square meters and 2,700,000 square meters will be self constructed by people.

The area for house construction increases about 2,406.61 hectares, including 2,188.81 hectares for commercial house, 197.32 hectares for apartment, 1,991.49 hectares for individual house, 217.80 hectare for social house.

More houses for labour
