Land use rights auction attracts many investors
BAC GIANG - Tan Yen district on March 26 held an auction of land use rights for 105 residential plots. This was the first auction in Bac Giang province since the beginning of 2025.
Specifically, the auction of land use rights in Ngoc Chau, Ngoc Thien, Ngoc Van, Quang Trung communes chaired by Dai Duong Group Joint Stock Auction Company (Bac Giang city) had more than 150 customers participating with nearly 600 applications registering to auction the right to use 105 land lots.

Each lot covers an area of 94 to more than 158 square meters.
As a result, the Company successfully auctioned 93 lots with winning price of over 126 billion VND (5.36 million USD), an increase of over 46 billion VND compared to the starting price.
The lot with the highest bid hit over 2.25 billion VND, an increase of over 740 million VND compared to the starting price while the lowest winning lot was over 721 million VND, a difference of over 1.6 million VND compared to the starting price.

The remaining lots were unsuccessfully auctioned because 5 lots had no bidders, 7 lots had only one bidder, so the auction regulations were not guaranteed.
From now until June, Tan Yen district will organize a number of land use rights auctions. Along with Tan Yen, other localities in the province will also have auctions in 2025, contributing to increasing supply for the real estate market.
