The area for researching and planning is located in Tan My and Song Khe communes (Bac Giang city) and Tang Tien commune (Viet Yen district). It borders to Southwestern road in Bac Giang city to the North; current residential area in Liem Xuyen village, Song Khe commune to the South; Vo Nguyen Giap street to the East and the traffic road to the West.

The project which covers about 36.8 ha with estimated population of 3,000 people is designed as a general commercial center with utilities of public projects, commercial and trade buildings, modern technical and social infrastructures to synchronize, connect and support the development of the province in general and Bac Giang city and Viet Yen in particular.

The project scheme will be completed within six months by the municipal People’s Committee then verified by the Department of Construction before getting approval by the provincial People’s Committee.

The execution cost is estimated at over 1.4 billion VND from sponsor business.
