The planning area is located in Quang Minh commune and Nenh town in Viet Yen district.

It borders to agriculture land in upper and lower Kha Ly villages (Quang Minh commune) to the North; agriculture land in Dong Long village (Quang Minh commune) to the South; residential and agriculture lands of Hoang Mai residential group No.1 and Phuc Lam residential group in Nenh town to the East; agriculture land in upper Kha Ly village (Quang Minh commune) to the West.

The project includes public buildings in line with the fourth grade urban level and housing items, which covers about 56 ha with estimated population of about 7,500 people.

The competent agencies were urged to complete the Plan within 6 months after the approval date for the Detail Planning Task.
