The first one is Urban Area No.3 in Tien Phong commune, Yen Dung district. accordingly, the planned area is located in Tien Phong commune, Yen Dung district (Bac Giang province).

It borders to the connection road between QL37 and TL293 to the North; to cultivation fields and residential areas of Binh An village to the South, to residential area of An Thinh village,Tien Phong commune to the East and to residential area of Yen Phong village, Tien Phong commune to the West. Total planned area hit about 22ha to satisfy total population of 3,500 people.

After completion, it will be a new urban area with several public and service projects. The items for investment construction include house, social service facilities, commercial and trade projects, park, entertainment...

Besides, the provincial People’s Committee has approved for the Planning Task of detail construction with the ratio of 1/500 for Phu Thanh new urban area in Voi town. It is on the Southwest of Voi town, Lang Giang district.

It borders to residential area of Phu Do group to the North; planning belt road No.4 to the South; railway Hanoi – Lang Son, QL1A and residential area of Tan Thanh group to the East; agriculture land and residential are of Phu Do group to the West.

The planned area is about 38.8ha with total population of 3,500 people. After completion, it will be new urban area with several functional projects.

The land using criteria includes house (apartment, villa), public and service land, educational land, high building area, sports, car parking station.
