Moreover, the land of Luc Ngan is rich in historical and cultural tradition where is home to many ethnic groups, a system of provincial and national historical and cultural relics and several tangible and intangible cultural heritages such as Am Vai pagoda, Ha temple, Sloong hao singing, Sli singing, Then singing and Luon singing.
Luc Ngan is blessed with many beautiful landscapes including Cam Son and Khuon Than lakes in Kien Lao commune, Thum village lake in Quy Son commune, Thum lake in Quy Son commune, Cam stream in Sa Ly commune, Day and Ta Cang streams in Phong Minh commune. These landscapes have big potentials and advantages for experience, ecological tourism and resort.

Striving for sustainable development of ecological community-based tourism
Based on its potentials and advantages, Luc Ngan targets to build and develop ecological community-based tourism into an attractive tourist product with 2 main tourism spaces including the area of Cam Son lake and fruit growing area for sustainable development if tourism sector.

Luc Ngan is aimed to establish community-based tourism cooperatives attached to the fruit growing areas in the communes of My An, Tan Moc, Quy Son and Thanh Hai and build community-based tourist sites in the communes and towns with 7 recognized destinations luring 1 million visitors to the district by 2025,.
The district strives to maintain and enhance efficiency of the community-based tourism cooperatives established in previous period and continue establishing new community-based tourism cooperatives while completing infrastructure and facilities of the tourism sites by 2030. It is targeted to get more 7 recognized destinations with signature souvenir products to introduce and sell to tourists and attract 1.5 visitors in this period.
Solutions for development of ecological community-based tourism
In order to boost development of ecological and community-based tourism, Luc Ngan district will establish 4 tourist sites in the area of Cam Son lake including Cam Son, Tan Son, Ho Dap and Son Hai communes.

7 community-based tourism sites in the fruit growing areas will be established including An Phu village in My An commune, Dong Quyt village in Tan Moc commune, Gianh Moi village in the area of Thum lake, Quy Son commune, Bong 1 village in Thanh Hai commune, Ngot village in Hong Giang commune, Sang Ben village in Tan Quang commune and Bac Hoa village in Tan Son commune.
In addition, the district pays attention to planning and investment of infrastructure construction and upgrading available construction works for tourism development. They will also implement human resource training in tourism sector and mobilize investment resources for tourism development.
The district will closely collaborate with tour operators to make tours and routines to bring tourists to Luc Ngan while working with neighboring provinces for linking tours and routes.
