It consists of several main items such as two 4 storey factories, canteens, garages, warehouses, waste water treatment stations, control rooms, underground water tanks and other utilities.

The Luxshare-ICT Vietnam Co.,Ltd has urgently constructed the production factory project.

According to the provincial Industrial Park Management Board, the construction progress is now exceeding 85 percent of the target with the expected date of completion in the middle of September this year. After being completed, the business plans to produce about 25 million wrist-watches per year.

The production project in U1 lot is one of three components of Luxshare-ICT Vietnam Co.,Ltd establishment project with total investment of nearly 4 trillion VND (174.9 million USD) at Van Trung and Quang Chau industrial parks.
