Vietnam has seen nearly 126,700 newly-established enterprises in the eleven months of this year with a total registered capital of VND1,500 trillion (over US$64 billion), an annual increase of 4.5% in terms of the number of enterprises and 27.5% in terms of registered capital.
According to the General Statistics Office, during the January-November period, about 36,500 enterprises have registered to expand their investment capital with a total supplemented capital of VND2,100 trillion.

Furthermore, 36,900 enterprises have resumed operations in November, an annual increase of 15.7%.
However, 27,800 enterprises registered for the temporary suspension of business activities, up 7.1% over the same period last year, while 38,100 others ceased operations or are waiting to be dissolved, up 39.8% over the same period last year.
Over 1,200 new enterprises established
(BGO) – According to the Department of Planning and Investment in the northern province of Bac Giang, 141 new enterprises registered to establish in December, making the total number of newly established businesses up to over 1,200 with a total registered capital of 9.6 trillion VND (over 412 million USD).
Jan-Aug period sees 90,500 newly established enterprises
The number of newly established enterprises in the first eight months of 2019 rose by 3.5% to about 90,500, which pledged to invest more than VND1.15 quadrillion (US$47.3 billion) in total, up 31% over the same period last year.
Over 79,000 new firms established in first seven months
There have been a total of 79,300 new enterprises established across the country in the first seven months of this year with a registered capital of over VND999 trillion, an increase of 4.6% in the number of enterprise and nearly 30% in capital compared to the same period last year.
547 new businesses established in first six months
(BGO) – Bac Giang province has granted the business
registration certificate to 547 enterprises and 37 branches and representative
offices in the first six month of this year, up 6.6 percent comparing to the
same period last year with total registered capital of over 4.6 trillion VND (197.2
million USD) increasing 14.8 percent against previous figure.
