BAC GIANG – Many workers
in the industrial parks travel at rush hour, causing traffic jams at Hanoi –
Bac Giang Expressway, especially the section passing Van Trung commune (Viet
Yen district). Some even walk cross the road which potentially leads to traffic
accidents.
Facing this fact, the Bac Giang provincial Management Board for Traffic and Agriculture Investment Project has prepared condition to start construction of a new overpass crossing Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway in this section.

As the schedule, the project will be commenced in this September and completed in 2025. The total construction cost is more than 45 billion VND (over 1.9 million USD) from the provincial budget.
According to the design, the overpass has total length of 49.5 meters (till the end of the rail), a width of 7 meters (6.5-meter bridge). The bridge has structural steel girder span while the pier abutment is reinforced concrete structure placed on pile foundation.

Bridges to create motivation for Bac Giang development

marking the completion of Nhu Nguyet and A Lu bridges.

bridge (Project) has been basically done with all items to be completed on this
May 19, 2023, reported the Bac Giang provincial Management Board for Agriculture
