The Project was one of the components of project to develop urban areas along the corridor of the Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS), the second phase - component project in Bac Giang province. It was invested by Bac Giang municipal People’s Committee and executed in Tran Phu and My Do wards.

A Lu bridge is completed.

A Lu bridge is designed to span over Thuong river with total length of 426m. It is constructed by reinforced and prestressed concrete with major bridge width of 19.5m, path of over 53m, road bed of 36 m.

The Project was constructed by consortium of Thang Long Mechanical Construction Corporation Joint Stock Company and HJC Construction Investment Corporation Joint Stock Company. Total value of bridge construction and erection hits nearly 300 billion VND (13 million USD) mobilized from loans of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Bac Giang municipal budget.

The path of A Lu bridge was invested by Bac Giang municipal People’s Committee with total construction cost of over 260 billion VND from the city budget. It consisted of two items: the path to Tran Phu street and the path to My Do ward.

The contractor is constructed the path to My Do ward.

Currently, the contractor has basically completed the path to Tran Phu street and accelerated the construction of the path to My Do ward as set schedule.

Vice Director of the Management Board of Construction Investment Project in Bac Giang city (Management Board) Nong Bang Son said the path of A Lu bridge is scheduled to be completed in October 2023. So far, the Management Board has urged the construction contractor to promptly complete the remaining items, strive to complete the Project in this September in order to connect to A Lu bridge and ease the commuters.

Nhu Nguyet bridge to complete on May 19

(BGO) – The expansion project of Nhu Nguyet bridge (Project) has been basically done with all items to be completed on this May 19, 2023, reported the Bac Giang provincial Management Board for Agriculture and Traffic Investment and Construction Projects.

Xuan Cam bridge to open to traffic in Q2 of 2024

Construction of Dong Viet bridge accelerated to link Bac Giang and Hai Duong

(BGO) -  Bac Giang province has accelerared to build Dong Viet bridge and its paths in Yen Dung district which was commenced in late June 2022. Nearly 150 officials and engineers are working in three shifts to complete the bridge foundation before moonsoon season.

Hanoi to build new bridge across Red River

Land clearance done for expansion project of Nhu Nguyet bridge

(BGO) – As of February 18, 2023, the last in 16 households whose land must be reclaimed to execute the expansion project of Nhu Nguyet bridge (Project) handed over the land for the construction contractor, reported Nguyen Ba Trang, Director of Project Management Board, Commander of Construction Contractor in Bac Ninh province.
