Poor family with two hospitalized members needs help

(BGO) – Father and son Le Van Luong and Le Van Luan in Trung village, Dong Viet commune, Yen Dung district (Bac Giang province) are in really difficult circumstance and weak health condition who truly need support.

In 2007, Le Van Luan (born in 1985), the only son of Le Van Luong and Vu Thi Biet was diagnosed with critical illness must rely on dialysis 3 times per week to remain the life at Bach Mai hospital. Since 2009, he has been treated at the provincial General Hospital.

The serious illness makes a strong man become weak and pale who is now 30 kg with a lot of moving difficulties. All worthy assets in the family are gone.

Biet said in tear: “We wish to have a television to watch or a radio to listen. The small and damaged cottage cannot shelter us at all”.

Moreover, Luong got traffic crash with broken right leg, left collar bone and pelvis. After one month treatment without any progress, doctors ordered surgery but his family could not pay for the charge so he was taken home for herbal medicine.

According to Le Van Them, Head of Trung village, Luong’s family is really difficult. Though the village and commune called for support, the donation is not enough to cover the treatment fee. The poor family who relies on the field truly needs the support to overcome this miserable period.
