In recent years, Bac Giang province has seen rapid, comprehensive, and synchronous development in the fields of economy, culture, society, security, defense, and foreign affairs. In particular, the economic growth rate (GRDP), as well as investment attraction has been maintained at a high level and always ranked among the top provinces and cities nationwide. 

Urban and rural areas have numerous changes while political security, social order and safety are guaranteed. People's living standard has been continuously improved.

Such achievements are results of the solidarity, determination, efforts, and striving of the Party Committee, authorities and people of all ethnic groups in the province along with the companion, and efforts of the business community and investors in the locality.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council and Provincial People's Committee, I would like to express my sincere and profound thanks to the business community and investors who have always proactively overcome difficulties, striven to achieve great results in production and business and made positive contributions to the overall development of the province.

Timely handling and removal of difficulties and obstacles for businesses and investors, as well as overcoming the limitations and shortcomings in state administration are defined some of the most important tasks to focus on in time to come.
