The packages were gifted to the families of martyrs, war invalids, sick soldiers, Vietnamese heroic mothers, army heroes, labor heroes, revolutionary officers, pre-revolutionary officers, war prisoners (alive) among others. 

Besides, the gifts were offered to 7 concentrated nursing and treatment centers for the war invalids and sick soldiers residing in Bac Giang and other provinces (3 million VND – 130 USD per each) as well as the typical national contributors in 10 districts and city (2 persons of each locality receive 1 million VND – 43.4 USD individually).

Total of the gift was valued over 19.5 billion VND (846,600 USD).
