After reviewing the reports, the Governmental SB highly evaluated the recent result of AR task in the province with stable rankings of Par Index, PCI and PAPI as well as the good execution of public servant management and assignment in line with the legal regulation. Also, the local authority has arranged lean public organizations by reducing 39 agencies.

SB’s members discussed several issues of building and issuing legislation code and documentation; improving the residents’ satisfaction index for governmental administrative centers and applying the information technologies in local AR among others.

Concluding the meeting, Pham Minh Hung urged the local authority to pay due attention to rearranging the officers and staff at the local Public Administrative Center (PAC); researching and advising on reorganizing the PAC so as to provide 4 lean services on the sport, including reception, guidance, verification and answer.

In the upcoming time, he requested the province to focus on such solutions of renewing the propaganda on supplying the detail and comprehensible public services; further restructuring the organization; preparing specific solution in executing the Government Decree No. 16 about the self-control mechanism of public career organizations, promptly issuing the list of public services and standard of technical rate…

Additionally, the application of information technology should be enhanced toward building e-Government by thoroughly handling the obstacles during the integration process to solve the administrative procedures, sending and receiving e-document, receiving the requirement and returning the result via the public postal service among others.

Besides, the local authority was advised to concentrate on evaluating the AR results of the departments, sectors and localities; widely announcing the information of satisfaction index to the residents as well as regularly inspecting and supervising the task execution for the public servants and staff.
