According to the design, the main bell tower is located in the middle of a 8,100sq.m lake at the back of the main hall and shaped like a lotus flower. It consists of three floors with a height of about 36m, each side of the roof includes 12 corners. On top of the roof, there is a water jar. The construction site area is about 880sq.m.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mai Son, Standing Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, sincerely thanked the leaders of the Party, State, central agencies, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, Vietnam Prosperity Bank and MIK Group for their special attention and donations to the construction of Tay Yen Tu Pagoda. He emphasized that this is an important event in the construction process of the works of Tay Yen Tu spiritual and ecological tourist complex.

In the provincial planning just approved by the Prime Minister, Tay Yen Tu spiritual and ecological tourist complex is set to develop into a national tourist area and the main driving force for tourism development in the province. Currently, Bac Giang, Quang Ninh and Hai Duong provinces are actively building a scientific dossier to propose UNESCO recognize the system of Yen Tu relic sites and landscapes as a world cultural heritage.

The provincial People's Committee wishes that the leaders of the Party, State, central agencies and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha, especially Vietnam Prosperity Bank and MIK Group will continue to create conditions as well as mobilize donations and investment resources for the project.

In the coming time, the provincial People's Committee will continue to direct the departments, agencies and localities to drastically and expeditiously carry out the works related to the project to create the most favorable conditions for investors. According to the approved planning, the items are expected to be completed on schedule, with guaranteed quality.
