Bac Giang launches topping out ceremony in Ha pagoda (Tay Yen Tu) and builds three-arched-entrance gate in Vinh Nghiem pagoda
At the event, Most Venerable Thich Thanh Quyet, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha’s Executive Council chaired the ceremony to pray for National Peace and Thuong luong ritual at Ancestor building.

He said Thuong luong is among the crucial rituals to mark the achievement during construction and completion of Ancestor building, gradually realize the items under Tay Yen Tu spiritual and ecotourism complex.
The Ancestor building in Ha pagoda (Tay Yen Tu) was commenced on December 10, 2019 on total area of 680 square meters with nine compartments and two lean-tos and total expense of 20 billion VND (881,750 USD) from socialization source (Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank sponsored 15 billion VND).
After over two year construction, the project has completed the wooden part and launched Thuong tru ceremony on January 18, 2022.
At the same day, the People’s Committee in Luc Nam district joined hands with EverGreen Bac Giang Sustainable Development Investment Joint Stock Company (under Saigon Investment Group) to held ground breaking ceremony to build three-arched-entrance gate in Vinh Nghiem pagoda.
The project was sponsored and invested by EverGreen Bac Giang Sustainable Development Investment JSC in Muoi village with total length of 33.58m, width of 7.25m to link the three-arched-entrance gate to the provincial road No.293.

It is executed with total estimated cost of 30 billion VND and completed within 2022 as the schedule.
Speaking at the event, Permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Mai Son pressed that the construction of three-arched-entrance gate in Vinh Nghiem pagoda will help diversify Buddhism projects in Bac Giang province and extend the Buddhism journey.
The provincial leader congratulated the provincial Buddhist Sangha in general and Vinh Nghiem pagoda in particular to have one more great and meaningful project as another destination to welcome visitors and followers.
He expressed thanks to the project sponsor and hoped they will gain more success, create many jobs to labours, increase the budget collection and contribute to the provincial development.
