At the National Contest for Excellent Student in 2022 – 2023 academic year, Than The Cong won first Prize among top four candidates with highest score in Physics nationwide.

Leaders of the Department of Education and Training and Bac Giang Highschool for the Gifted honor and reward Than The Cong for his excellent achievement.

He also had several outstanding achievements like second prize at municipal contest for excellent student at eighth grade, second prize at provincial contest for excellent student at ninth grade to be directly admitted to Physics class in grade 10 at Bac Giang Highschool for the Gifted. In July 2022, he bagged gold medal at contest for excellent students at highschool for the gifted in Northern Delta and Coastal region held in Hai Phong city.

It was the fourth time Bac Giang province has student participating in the APhO (Nghiem Xuan Hung in 2009 and Trinh Duy Hieu in 2018 and 2019).

Vietnamese students win two second prizes at MRC technology contest

Students' teams from the Water Resources University and Can Tho University of Vietnam won two second prizes for technologies to monitor water level and measure soil moisture in a contest initiated by the Mekong River Commission (MRC), which took place in Vientiane, Laos, on March 30 and 31.

Four first prize winners in national contest for excellent students

(BGO) - In the national contest for excellent students in the school year 2022-2023, Bac Giang students won four first, 14 second, 16 third and 25 consolation prizes. The four first prize winners are all studying at the Bac Giang High School for the Gifted and are trying their best to become members of the national teams attending regional and international Olympic competitions.

4 candidates from Bac Giang win first prize at national excellent student contest

(BGO)- The Education Quality Management Agency (under the Ministry of Education and Training) on March 13 announced the results of the national excellent student contest in the academic year 2022-2023. 59 out of 89 candidates from Bac Giang province won prizes including 4 first prizes, 14 second prizes, 16 third prizes and 25 consolation prizes. Most of the students are from Bac Giang High School for Gifted Students.

More than 200 Vietnamese students take part in Leader Camp 2023

More than 200 Vietnamese students from universities across the UK took part in The Leader Camp 2023, an annual event organised by the Vietnamese Student Association in the UK (SVUK), which was held on February 18 at London South Bank University aimed at helping them develop their own capabilities.
