The route aims to reduce the traffic flow and risk of unsafe traffic on the overloaded center of Nha Nam town; specify the plan of expanded Nha Nam town; increase the traffic speed for road users, transported commodities and vehicles to create development space.

The road is paved on September 29.

The first end starts at the gasoline station in Bung street on national road No.17 to Tien Phan area (Nha Nam town) on provincial road No.294 with total strength of nearly 1,800 m, surface width of 13 to 16 m, road bed of 9 to 12 m (depending on each section). It is totally invested nearly 23 billion VND from the district budget.

In spite of several difficulties caused by Covid-19 pandemic, the construction unit of Ngoc Van Construction and Trading Joint Stock Company in Tan Yen district has speeded up the execution progress to pave the road, finish the surface so as to complete the project on schedule of September 30 as the signed contract.
