Willing to come to difficult areas

For nearly 40 years, teacher Nguyen Van Nam (born in 1962), Head Master at Lang Giang High School No.3 has won the deep affection and respect from the colleagues and students.

He has been assigned to work at several difficult areas. Typically, in September 2016, he took the duty on Lang Giang High School No.3. At that time, the school faced several difficulties in both man power and facilities. Right after coming to the school, teacher Nam discussed with the teachers to define the reason clearly and search for solution. Thanks to the great effort of the whole organization, the school has been recognized with the title of excellent unit at provincial level since 2017.

Previously, he used to be Vice Head Master and Head Master at Lang Giang High School No. 2 from 2005 to 2016. At the school which used to be at weak and average ranking, he applied drastic renovation measures in management, teaching and studying activities to help it fulfil all criteria of a national standard educational establishment with consecutive title of excellent unit at provincial level.

During his career, teacher Nguyen Van Nam has had 7 creative ideas and research topics recognized by the scientific council at all levels and awarded with Certificates of Merit from Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, MoET and Prime Minister.

Wholeheartedly for students

For 30 years in Bo Ha High School, teacher Tran Thanh Hai (born in 1962) has worked at several positions of teacher to head master. In 2005, the school was moved to new area in Bo Ha commune with only 15 class rooms.

Because of lacking the facility for teaching and studying, the teachers delivered lessons in the morning and joined hands in making lands, growing trees, levelling the yard. Acknowledging the hardship of the teachers and the disadvantages of the students, teacher Hai kept consulting to the local authority and competent agencies to invest in the facilities to satisfy the teaching and studying condition.

Bo Ha High School is now qualified with the national standard with 30 reinforced classrooms, library, laboratory, multifunctional hall and spacious yard.

Many students in the school live in difficult families, so in any extra curricular activities at the school, teacher Hai always considers the expenses to minimize the parents’ payment as well as calls for various sources to support the impoverished students.

With such great efforts of teachers and students, Bo Ha High School has been granted with the title of Excellent Labour Collective and many Certificates of Merit from the Government, MoET as well as the Emulative Flag and Reward from the provincial People’s Committee.

Extending family tradition

Teacher Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy (born in 1971), Head Mistress of Cao Thuong Primary School (Tan Yen district) is always proud to be born in a family with rich teaching tradition which help her overcome any hard time and pressure during teaching career.

Good profession, devoted and resilient character are her strong points acknowledged by the colleagues. For nearly 30 years, teacher Thuy has proposed many solutions to enhance the quality of management, renovate the teaching and studying methods that were recognized by the scientific council at the district and provincial levels. Particularly, her creative ideas of “Mobilizing various sources to build green, clean and beautiful school” (in 2018) was applied across the province.

For 20 consecutive years, she has been emulative soldier and excellent teacher at all levels with 14 Certificates of Merit bestowed by Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, Minister of MoET, Vietnam Union of Education, Prime Minister and Vietnam Labour Federation.

Since August 2020, teacher Thuy has been Head Mistress at Cao Thuong Primary School where his father used to work, thus the pride keeps inspiring her to further contribute to the teaching career.
